Britt brings a lifetime of Idaho roots and a career built on public-facing work to her role on the Jennie Johnson team. Always up for a good conversation and a good laugh, Britt approaches every client relationship the same way she approaches life: genuinely, and without pretense. She remembers the feeling of moving into her first home, and that memory drives her today. Outside of work, you’ll find Britt out on the trails mountain biking with her husband, grinding up one of Boise’s many climbs or ripping down at Bogus Basin. This past year, she’s taken it a step further, training for Cross-Country mountain bike racing, with her sights set on one day making it to the podium.

That same adventurous spirit spills into how she works: she loves showing people everything Idaho and the Treasure Valley have to offer, and there’s nothing she enjoys more than hearing a recommendation of hers hit the mark.
